John Hale has worked as a facilitator and presenter at hundreds of conferences and events. He is the founder of Next Step Consulting, a boutique firm specialising in strategy consulting, organisational change and executive coaching.

John works with both private and public sector clients across a broad range of industries to set strategy, build relationships, negotiate deals, enhance performance and inspire teams. John is an Adjunct Professor at Bond University working closely with the Centre for Executive Education.

A commanding presence and tall timber at 6’5” and 210 lbs, John moves audiences with challenge, enthusiasm and compassion. He specialises in motivating people to accept themselves, speak truthfully, try new things and expand their awareness of what’s possible. He utilises a friendly presentation style to gain high levels of audience participation and create results that continue beyond the event.
